Site feedback and bug reports
The fastest way to contact the project is the Suggestion box on the dashboard. Choose “Site Improvement” or “Other,” include a way to reach you if you want a reply, and describe what you saw.
What to include in a bug report
- The page or tool you were using.
- The item, character, fit or pasted inventory involved.
- The trade hub, quantity or skill profile selected.
- What you expected and what actually happened.
- A screenshot when the issue is visual.
Advertising, referral or policy questions
Use the same suggestion form and select “Other.” Put the topic in the title so it can be routed correctly. Do not send passwords, EVE account credentials or authentication tokens.
